Your app license

Your App Store download is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, unless a different license is provided with your download. This page explains MakeYaBed’s service rules and does not replace that license or limit rights you have under applicable law.

Who can use the service

MakeYaBed is intended for people age 13 and older. If you are under the legal age of majority where you live, use the app with a parent or guardian’s permission. Follow applicable laws and respect other people’s privacy.

Photo checks and progress

Bed made and your two selected habits are personal check-ins. AI checks can make mistakes and are not proof of identity, exercise duration, health, or productivity. Practice scans are demonstrations and do not count as real check-ins. Do not rely on MakeYaBed for medical advice, safety, time-critical alerts, or guaranteed results.

Capture photos only where it is safe and permitted. Include only content you are allowed to submit, and avoid private information about other people. You keep ownership of your photos. You allow us and the providers described in our privacy policy to process submitted content as needed to perform the check and operate the service.

Friends and sharing

Using someone’s invite code creates a mutual connection immediately. People with your code can look up your display name and connect with you. Friends can see your streak, completed habits, and check-in times. If you turn on photo sharing, mutual friends can also view today's check-in photos and may save what they see. You can turn sharing off, remove connections, or delete your account in Settings.

Sharing a progress card is your choice. Day cards can contain your actual photos. Check the card before sharing; the receiving app’s terms and privacy practices apply.

Free access and previous purchases

MakeYaBed does not require a subscription or purchase. Berries are in-app progress rewards with no monetary value; they cannot be redeemed for money. Any subscription purchased in an earlier version is managed by Apple. Updating or deleting the app does not itself cancel it. Use Apple Account subscription settings to check or cancel, and contact Apple about refund requests.

Availability and fair use

Photo checks require an internet connection and depend on third-party services. Checks may be temporarily unavailable or limited to prevent abuse and control service costs. Do not bypass limits, interfere with security, automate abusive requests, or use the service for unlawful content. We may restrict service access to address misuse or protect others. Features may change, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Accounts and records

Sign in with Apple is optional. If you enable it, MakeYaBed stores a private copy of your check-ins, photos, berries, and habit settings so you can restore them after a reinstall or device change. Without this backup, uninstalling the app or losing the device may erase local history. Your device backup settings also determine what Apple may retain. You can delete backed-up progress or your account in Settings. Account deletion removes the linked Friends profile and its connections.

We update the date on this page when these terms change and provide additional notice when required. Nothing here excludes protections or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. For help, visit Support.
